Terms of Use

Thank you for choosing He Made Her She. These terms explain what you get when you buy, how you can use it, how the audiobook is protected, and how the Elim Circle community works. We've kept them as clear as we can.

By buying or using He Made Her She, you agree to these terms. They work together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

He Made Her She is published and operated by Osaro Igbinoba ("we", "us", "our"), based in Nigeria.

2. What you're buying

For a one-time payment of ₦15,000, you get:

  • He Made Her She, the full ebook
  • The He Made Her She Audiobook
  • The Companion Workbook
  • Access to Elim Circle, our private WhatsApp community for encouragement and accountability, founded and led by Osaro

Checkout, payment and delivery are handled by Nestuge. The ebook is read online through your personal access link and can't be downloaded. The audiobook and the companion workbook are downloadable files. You'll receive your access details by email right after payment.

To join Elim Circle, follow the instructions at the end of the book: email us from the address you used at checkout, and we'll add you to the WhatsApp group. If anything hasn't arrived within a few hours (check your spam folder too), email us and we'll sort it out.

3. Your personal licence

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to read, listen to and use the ebook, audiobook and workbook for your own growth. You are buying a licence to use the content, not ownership of the content or the copyright in it.

You may:

  • Read the ebook online, through your personal access link, on your own devices
  • Download the audiobook and listen to it privately on your own devices
  • Download the workbook and print it for your own personal use

You may not:

  • Share, forward, resell or give away your access link, login details, the audiobook files or the workbook file
  • Screenshot, screen-record, copy or otherwise capture the content to share it
  • Upload or post the content, the audiobook or the workbook (or large parts of them) online, in groups or on file-sharing sites
  • Copy the material into your own book, course, sermon series or product without written permission

Short quotes with credit to "He Made Her She by Osaro Igbinoba" are welcome.

If someone you know would benefit, please point them to the website. Every purchase helps us keep this work going.

All content, including the text, audio recordings, narration, music, artwork and workbook, is the intellectual property of Osaro Igbinoba and is protected by copyright under the Copyright Act 2022 of Nigeria and international copyright law.

4. Protecting the audiobook

The audiobook is downloadable so you can listen privately, wherever you are, even offline. Because downloaded files are easy to copy, these extra rules apply to the audiobook. They are in addition to your licence in Section 3.

What you can do:

  • Download the audiobook files and keep them on devices you personally own or control (for example your own phone, tablet or computer)
  • Keep a personal backup copy for your own use only
  • Listen privately, including with earphones, in your car or at home

What you must not do:

  1. No sharing. Don't send, forward, AirDrop, Bluetooth or otherwise pass the audiobook files (or links to them) to anyone, including friends, family, church members, or members of Elim Circle or any other group.
  2. No uploading or posting. Don't upload the audiobook, or any part of it, to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp (chats, groups, channels or status), X, Spotify, Audiomack, Boomplay, SoundCloud, podcasts, Google Drive, Dropbox, file-sharing or torrent sites, or any other website, app or platform.
  3. No selling or giving away. Don't sell, rent, lend, sub-license, bundle or give away copies, whether paid or free.
  4. No public playing or broadcasting. Don't play the audiobook to an audience: in churches, fellowships, conferences, classes, livestreams, radio, Twitter/X Spaces, Clubhouse or similar, without our written permission.
  5. No copying or re-recording. Don't re-record, transcribe, translate, change into another file format to share, or extract clips from the audiobook, except short clips of up to 30 seconds shared with clear credit to "He Made Her She by Osaro Igbinoba" and a link to the website.
  6. No editing or tampering. Don't edit, remix, cut, add music to, remove credits or copyright notices from, or remove or bypass any watermark, identifier or technical protection in the files.
  7. No AI use. Don't use the audiobook, the narrator's voice, or any part of the content to train, fine-tune or prompt any artificial intelligence or voice-cloning tool, or to create any synthetic or imitation version of the voice or content.

How we protect it. To prevent piracy, we may link each audiobook download to the buyer's order, limit the number of downloads, and add invisible markers (watermarks) to the files that identify the purchase they came from. If a copy of the audiobook turns up somewhere it shouldn't, we may use this to trace it back to the order it came from. See our Privacy Policy for how this information is handled.

If these rules are broken. If we believe you have shared, uploaded, sold or otherwise misused the audiobook, we may, without a refund:

  • End your access to the ebook, audiobook, workbook and Elim Circle
  • Ask you in writing to remove and delete all copies, and you agree to do so promptly
  • Send takedown notices to any website or platform hosting the content
  • Take legal action under the Copyright Act 2022 of Nigeria and any other applicable law to stop the misuse and recover damages, costs and any money made from it

If you find a pirated copy of He Made Her She anywhere, please tell us at support@hemadehershe.com. We'll treat your message in confidence.

5. Refund policy

Because the ebook, audiobook and workbook are available instantly, our refund window is short.

  • You can request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Email support@hemadehershe.com with your order details and the email you used at checkout.
  • After 24 hours, all sales are final.
  • If you're refunded, your licence ends. Your access to the ebook and Elim Circle ends, and you agree to permanently delete all audiobook files, the workbook file, any backups and any printed copies. When requesting a refund, please confirm by email that you have done this.
  • Refunds go back through Nestuge to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.
  • We may decline a refund where there's clear evidence of misuse, such as sharing your access link, the audiobook or the workbook file, capturing the content, or making repeated purchase-and-refund requests.

If you have a technical problem accessing the book, audiobook or workbook, contact us. We'll fix it, at any time.

6. Elim Circle community guidelines

Elim Circle exists so no one has to walk this road alone. To keep it safe, every member agrees to the following:

  1. Confidentiality first. What's shared in the circle stays in the circle. Never screenshot, copy, forward or repeat another member's words or identity outside the community.
  2. No condemnation. Speak with grace. Shaming, mocking or judging other members isn't allowed.
  3. Respect privacy. Don't ask members for personal details, and don't contact members privately in ways they haven't welcomed.
  4. Respect phone numbers. Never save, share or use another member's number outside the group.
  5. Keep it clean. No explicit, graphic or inappropriate content, links or images.
  6. No selling or recruiting. No promoting products, services, churches, ministries or causes without permission.
  7. Encourage, don't advise. Share what's helped you, but don't present yourself as a professional counsellor or medical provider.
  8. Share wisely. Only share what you're comfortable with. We moderate the community, but we can't control everything other members do.
  9. Don't share the book or audiobook in the group. Every member has their own copy. Posting the audiobook files, the workbook file or large parts of the content in the group breaks Sections 3 and 4.

We may remove anyone who breaks these guidelines, without notice. Removal from the community after the refund window doesn't entitle you to a refund.

Community access is offered for as long as Elim Circle runs. If we ever close or move the community, we'll give members reasonable notice. Elim Circle runs on WhatsApp, so your phone number may be visible to other members. See our Privacy Policy for tips on protecting your privacy there.

7. What this book is, and isn't

He Made Her She is a faith-based personal growth resource, built on Christian teaching and the author's own journey.

  • It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care, and it is not an emergency or crisis service.
  • Nothing in the book, audiobook, workbook or community is professional medical, psychological or legal advice.
  • Everyone's journey is different, so we can't promise any specific result. What you take from it depends on many things, including how you apply it.
  • If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, please contact local emergency services or someone you trust right away.

8. Age

He Made Her She is intended for readers aged 17 and over. If you're under 18, you may buy and use it only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.

9. Limitation of liability

We work hard to make He Made Her She helpful, accurate and safe. To the extent the law allows:

  • The book, audiobook, workbook and community are provided "as is".
  • We are not responsible for decisions you make or actions you take based on the material.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid (₦15,000).

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top, and the version on this page always applies. Important changes that affect existing buyers will be shared by email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a disagreement comes up, please email us first. Most things can be resolved with a simple conversation.
